PM: Why form an opposition alliance if Narendra Modi is a failure?

PM Modi on Sunday launched a stinging attack on Congress, DMK and other political rivals joining hands against the BJP, but spared mention of the AIADMK, keeping open the option of an alliance with Tamil Nadu's ruling party. Taking a dig at political parties that are joining hands to oppose BJP, Modi questioned if they had any agenda for people welfare.
